Any natural or legal person wishing to market organic processed or unprocessed agricultural products in the United States must certify their products according to the NOP (National Organic Program). The USDA NOP covers the regulations of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regarding Organic Agriculture Legislation. Mithracert is in the process of applying for accreditation for certification according to the USDA NOP. Mithracert aims to complete the accreditation process according to USDA NOP as soon as possible and to offer this program together with other certification services.
